SureGrow Digital provides web design, website development, e-commerce, and related digital marketing services for businesses in Jamaica and beyond. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for any project are set out in the quote or proposal we agree with you.
Free Website Preview
We may offer a free preview of a proposed website design. A free preview is provided for evaluation only, carries no obligation to purchase, and remains our property. Ownership of any design or code is transferred to you only after the relevant project is agreed and paid for in full.
Quotes & Payment
Prices are confirmed in your quote or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, work begins after acceptance and any required deposit is received. Remaining balances are due as set out in your agreement. Late or unpaid balances may pause work or delay launch.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide, in a timely manner, the content, materials, access, and approvals we need to complete your project, and to ensure you have the right to use any content you supply. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final website content and custom design we deliver for it. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks, and any third-party components, which remain subject to their own licences. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-Party Services
Your website may rely on third-party services such as hosting, plugins, themes, or payment gateways. These are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policies.
Revisions & Scope
Each project includes the revisions described in your agreement. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted and billed separately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to a high standard, we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SureGrow Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the agreed proposal. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
